Everything is brand new and stylish to offer to our guests an "hotel like" design at the price of a guest house! The house is decorated with the original paintings of Maestro Verno. Max 4 people allowed.
In each room: private bath with a shower, bath and bed linen, soaps and shampoos, free wifi, TV Led with satellite receiver, air conditioner, security box, safe light.
In the service area kitchen with dish washer, refrigerator, microwave oven, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, plates and pots, telephone for local calls, laundry area with washing machine, drying machine, iron set, first aid set.
Available on request: private parking and bikes with helmet and bike lock, taxi transfer.
We live right in front of the building, so in case of need we can be there in 5 minutes!
Monteverde is the perfect place to enjoy the beauties of Rome living like romans do! Very lively, full of shops and restaurants, pleople will smile at you down the street. At 5 minutes walk one of the most beautiful park in Rome - Villa Pamphilj (we can provide 2 bikes if you like...!)
Perfectly connected: bus and tram stop right in front of the building. With a 15 minutes bus or tram ride you will get to any touristic spot! If you came by car we can provide a private parking lot with an extra charge.
The apartment is at the ground floor, and due to the internal exposition is very silent and discreet. The hall of the building is above ground and so to get to the apartment you need to take 15 steps up and then 20 steps down so we are really sorry but the house is not suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.
