On the bright first floor you will find a lounge with a double sofa bed, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a romantic terrace on South. It is an open but intimate space, shielded with bamboo plants and paved with brick in 'cotto'. It is also furnished with wrought an iron table, chairs and a sun umbrella that will allow you to enjoy the Roman sunshine and the 'ponentino', a characteristic gentle and warm breeze that blows over the city in the spring and summer nights. Being just in front of the kitchen you will be able to enjoy the breeze by having meals in the spring and summer sun.
A comfortable internal staircase will bring you to the second floor where you will find a double bedroom open on the lounge, a closet zone, a bright full bathroom with shower and a window on the roof.
The apartment is very clean and has a reserved parking space, if you come by car.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering: it is a very intelligent and cheap way to save money. In the apartment you will find a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and all the utilities you may need to prepare meals by yourself.
