The house is not far from the Janiculum, as Villa Phampilij (the largest and most beautiful villa of the city) and few stops on the tram number 8 you can reach downtown -Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Campo de 'Fiori, San Peter etc.- and just a few meters away is a quaint local market.
The apartment is on the third floor, it's quiet, comfortable and fully renovated. It has air conditioning, color TV and wireless. E 'consists of a double bedroom, three beds (plus one extra if necessary), a single bedroom, a large living room with dining table and a comfortable sofa bed. There are two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
