In the heart of the historic centre of Rome, 3 minutes' walk from Via Nazionale and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore , and exactly in Via del Viminale is situated this big apartment of 200 square meters located on the 4th floor of an old building of King Umberto Era , characterized not only by its large bedrooms and spacious closets but also the presence of a brightness that makes it good place to live . The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people for the presence of 4 bedrooms , 3 of which have beds that can be used either as a double or as twin beds, a cozy dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms with shower recently renovated .
From Via del Viminale can be easily reached on foot in 15 minutes the Colosseum , Spanish Steps in 10 minutes , but in case of need in the immediate vicinity there are even 3 stations of the Line A of the Metro which runs through the historic centre of Rome , stations that are Repubblica , Barberini and Cavour. The whole area of Via Nazionale is characterized by the presence in every corner of bars, restaurants , cafes where you can enjoy the excellent and famous Italian cappuccino , as well as shops, boutiques, supermarkets and so on ! In front of the apartment is the old Opera Theatre of Rome, still home to major representations of Theatre , or Classical Music or Ballet . The apartment is equipped with all comforts including free WIFI internet and a washing machine , the furniture is antique but with great taste .
