The neighborhood is safe and quiet, offers excellent restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies and banks.
Provides bed linen and towels and all utilities including the use of internet are included in the price.
Near the apartment there are all kinds of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bars, good restaurants and pizzerias, cinema and the historical Villa Carpegna is just steps away.
The management of the home and family is very attentive to the cleanliness and comfort of the guests.
The owners live nearby and readily available and willing to satisfy your needs and give you advice if you need it.
Is available on request a parking nearby (€ 10 per day)
We do not rent minors unless accompanied by adults.
Pets are not welcome.
It requires respect for the rules of social coexistence and of the house and furnishings.
Upon arrival we require a deposit of 200 euro, from riconsegnarsi departure if no damage to 'apartment.
Delivery and pick up your keys at the apartment.
