In the forties it became the most famous candle factory in Rome, partly due to its location, not far from the Vatican. It was turned back into a private home in the 1980's and has just recently neen redone by one of the most famous interior designers in Italy.
The house is located on the Via degli Orti d'Alibert, one of the quietest and most romantic non through streets in the heart of Rome, at only a few minutes walking distance from St. Peters, Piazza Farnese, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon.
The house has 250 sq. meters (2,700 sq. feet) of terraces giving you the opportunity of enjoying and eating in the outdoor spaces, or just enjoying the sun. The four story, 450 sq. meters (4,850 sq. feet) house can sleep six in three comfortable bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms, has a private parking and large living and dining spaces.
