Beautiful newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment (sleeps up to 4).
Bright and spacious, benefiting from close proximity to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, the apartment is located in a quiet street near Via Aurelia bus stops and Baldo degli Ubaldi ‘A’ lineTube Station (2 minutes walk), which provides easy access to Vatican City (2 stops) and to central District (5 stops). Termini main Train Station is conntected with a 10 minutes drive. Ground floor, so there are NO STEPS, unit comprises: fitted kitchenette, lounge/diner with balcony, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower, WI.FI., safety gates.
Below the house you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, bakeries who practice prices (not for tourists ...), pharmacies, banks, ATMs and every type of service. The area is well populated and very pleasant, because in addition offers all the services and also the beautiful and historic Villa Carpegna suitable for walking and running in the green and play with your children
For children up to three year is required only a contribution of EUR 5 per day. Are available on request cot and high chair.
Car park available on request (€ 10 per day).
Keys will be handed to you on arrival; they must be looked after and returned on departure.
It is recommended that you avoid noise and rowdiness and look after the apartment as if it was your own. After 23:00 please keep it down, keep unnecessary chatter to a minimum.
Guests are not allowed after midnight.
It is possible to smoke only on the balcony; do no throw cigarette butts or any other object from the windows/balcony.
Animals are not accepted.
Security Deposit: €200
If you need a space to park your car, we have a car park (on request) for a supplement of 10 € per day.
Check-in: after 14:00, check-out: before 10:30.
City tax per person per night: €2
Late check-in fee (for checking-in after 21:00): €20
