The property is nearby many attractions in a peaceful and residential area. It is well-connected to Vatican City and Trastevere (just 20 minutes of drive away), the center of the city (25 minutes by bus and metro) and Fiumicino airport (20 minutes by the urban train).
In a total space of 110sqm, the living room of 50 sqm is very large with two sofa beds for three people. Three bedrooms can easily host 6 people (2 dblb king-size and 2 bunk beds). A well-equipped kitchen with 2 bathrooms and a big covered outdoor area with table, chairs and barbecue. It can easily accommodate nine guests, 10 if an extra bed is added. The apartment is a perfect place for families and groups of people.
The apartment is out of the chaos of central areas, in a quiet and residential zone, but well connected to the center.
All the amenities: free WiFi Internet, digital TV, heating, 2 washing machines and a dishwasher, water electricity and gas :-), easy parking and at walking distance to all the shops and pizzerias of Via del Trullo (including a lovely local market), also close to the ER Israelite Hospital (you never know...), and nearby a nice small public park.
Included: clean linen, blankets, clean towels set (3 pieces per person), use of clean dishes and all kitchen tools, and a Welcome Pack offered by the house: first breakfast with coffee, milk, eggs, biscuits, marmelades and fresh fruit!
NEW: I can arrange a typical roman dinner cooked at your place, will be fun to enjoy the making of it by a professional cook, or it can be delivered already cooked from next door!
