The accommodation is within a separate historic house, accessed by steps and arranged over two floors; There is a large fully fitted kitchen/dining room; Bathroom, gas fired hot water and central heating: (heating supplement payable in midwinter, payable on usage). A bright and airy double aspect sitting room on the top floor has views to the wooded hills and the village of Ceserano. One double and one twin bedroom; weekly linen service to include bedding, towels and tea-cloths. Please bring your own beach towels! Subject to availability the house can be combined with the Casa Canoa studio at the standard rates. Sufficient additional crockery and seating is provided so that the studio can serve purely as additional bedroom and shower room accommodation.Due to the historic nature of the properties, they are not recommended for the infirm or very young children. However a cot is available for infants. There is ample free parking close by. No pets, unless by prior arrangement.
