The Farm was build back in 1980 by Mr. Antonio Lino Mastrocola, a retired Military Officer who moved to the countryside from Rome.
BORGO CAERE provides its guests with a 1000 sqf Cottage, surrounded by 10000 sqf garden with swimming pool (50 feet), comprising 3 rooms, 2 washrooms, a big living room with kitchen and fireplace.
Perfect for Families, or groups with Friends, the Cottage can host up to 8 people, divided in 2 Master Bedroom, 1 Double Bedroom, 1 Double Sofa Bed.
The Villa is equipped with Kitchen Nook, Fire Place, 2 Washrooms, A/C, TV sat, Hi-Fi Stereo, Refrigerator, Linens and Towels.
An open patio equipped with a choice of sofas and dinner tables (max 20 seats), will be at your disposal for dining, reading and resting.
A 50 feet Swimming Pool adjoins the Cottage and is equipped with deckchairs and beach chairs for relax and recreation.
