The cozy maison is composed of 2 rooms, each with a small panoramic balcony, a living room with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms, both with shower. It is equipped with air conditioning in the rooms, centralized heating, washing machine and free WiFi connection.
A special attention is paid to families with small and grown up children who choose Rome as their holiday destination. In order to make their stay an easier and more joyful one, the apartment is provided with some specific services such as travel cot, stroller, high chair, bottle warmer, baby food container, changing table, play area with play station and dvd with various cartoons.

The window and the lovely small balcony, with direct view to the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, give the room its lightness. The living room, located right after the entrance door, clearly shows the love of the owners for Brocantage: you can find a big wooden table of the sixties with white and blue painted tavern chairs, all different from each other, a colored showcase, a precious, carefully restored chandelier in Murano glass that dominates the room, a big school board from the early twentieth century where �welcome� is written in all languages of the world! The shells are full of brochures and tourist information in order to provide all necessary information to the guests.
The modern and functional kitchenette is equipped with cooker, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer, as well as with dishes and all necessary kitchen tools needed for self catering. Furthermore, guests have at their disposal an electric kettle, toaster and an Italian coffee machine. In the capacious built-in cupboard you can also find a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and an ironing board with iron.
