Su entrambi i piani, un terrazzino panoramico affaccia, con vista mozzafiato, sulla spiaggia di levante, la Grotta di Tiberio e sui monti dell'entroterra; nei giorni più limpidi si vede anche l'isola di Ischia.
Si scende alla spiaggia in 10 minuti a piedi da casa, attraverso un'ampia scalinata immersa nel verde, oppure passando dal Belvedere e dal porticciolo.
This nice and cozy apartment is located in an old building in the historical centre of Sperlonga, about 50 m from the central 'Piazzetta' and 20 m from the 'Belvedere'. The apartement is on two floors: on the ground floor there are a living and dining room, indipendent kitchen and a small bathroom with shower; on the upper floor there are two bedrooms, a corridor and the main bathroom with shower.
On both floors a balcony offers a terrific view over the Spiaggia di levante (south beach), the 'Grotta di Tiberio' and the inland mountains. On a clear day you can also see the island of Ischia. The beach is a pleasant 10 minutes walk, via a wide stairway surrounded by greenery, or via the 'Belvedere' overlooking the small harbour.
