The habitable surface is 160 square meters on 2 floors. On the ground floor there are an entrance on the side porch and pergola for a total of 49 sqm and a terrace on the top floor of approximately 24. Dall 'main entrance leads into the kitchen / dining room complete with all accessories and communicating with the pantry / laundry room, which has direct access to the outside. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large living room with fireplace Sardinian granite, sofas one of which converts into a double bed, large screen LCD TV, stereo and DVD, complete the living area.
