From the patio On the ground floor, you enter the living room with masonry fireplace. The living room is furnished with a dining table rectangular (although in the summer evenings villa guests enjoy alfresco dining) and a sofa bed for two people. On the ground floor there are: the kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, a closet and the basement used as a washing machine and sink compartment.
A brick staircase leads upstairs where there are three bedrooms (one double, one with two beds individual and one with bunk beds) and a bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms, a double and one with bunk beds, are connected by a balcony overlooking the sea with wooden beams and exposed roof tiles.
The house is in a park with parking areas and common spaces for children to play. Using a ladder to reach a dirt path that leads to the bay closest to the house, while, over the Mezzatorre (visible in the photos), there is a fine sandy beach of about two kilometres where the crystal clear waters invite you to swim.
