Surrounded by parkland, guests enjoy exclusive use of a salt water swimming pool.
Recently completely refurbished, the interior of the property is modern and elegant, wih light spacious rooms furnished in a contemporary style. Guests enter the villa through a private entrance. Steps lead immediately up to the first floor of the building where there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Another flight of stairs leads to the second floor where there 3 further bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All of the bedrooms can be laid out with either large double or 2 single beds. Each has its own ensuite bathroom, is fully air conditioned and has a TV and safe. Also on the second floor is a living room, dining room and modern, well equipped kitchen. A beautiful internal courtyard provides a relaxing area to sit and read after a days sightseeing.
The park around the villa includes a very beautiful salt water swimming pool, surrounded by the greenery of meadows and trees. There are plenty of lovely areas to sit and relax and enjoy the Tuscan sunshine.
The location of the villa close to the historic centre of Siena allows guests to reach attractions such as the Piazza del Campo, Torre del Mangia and the Duomo in just 20 minutes by foot. It's also a great location for exploring the wider Tuscan area including towns such as San Gimignano, Pienza, Montalcino and the Val d'Orcia.
Please note: The owners live in the ground floor of the property. Lucia and her family will be available to answer any questions you may have during your stay but will not intrude on your holiday in any way.
