Prices include the exclusive use of the country house, garden, land and swimming pool (open from half May up to half October) for the agreed upon rental period for up to 10 people, the use of all its facilities and equipment, water consumption, weekly cleaning (on Saturdays), weekly change of bed linen and hand-, bath- and pool towels, pool cleaning and wood for fireplaces and the pizza-oven.
