Villa Tozzoli House is made up of the wide and cozy entrance, a large and well furnished living room, with satellite tv and a really comfortable and easy to be used double sofa bed (the mattress is 19 cm thick) and a very well equipped kitchenette, a large bedroom with double bed (or two single beds, if required) and satellite tv, two roomy bathrooms with big showers, provided with towels and bathrobe - one of whom has a modern infrared sauna and a shower with chromotherapy.
A first supply for the kitchen and the house are provided.
Villa Tozzoli House is equipped with free Wi-Fi access, hot/cold air conditioning, fly screens, tv-sat, induction hob. In order to ensure safety there are gas and smoke detectors, first-aid kit and extinguisher.

Guests have to comply with some rules, within the house and toward the neighbourhood and the surrounding nature, treating the apartment, the objects and its interior equipment, as well as the garden and the terrace, with respect and diligence.
The apartment is delivered clean and tidy in all its parts, and it has to be left in the same condition at the end of the stay.
Villa Tozzoli House is equipped with basic supplies for cooking and housekeeping, after which the guests will have to provide.
It is strictly forbidden for anyone who is not in the list of registered people for the stay, to enter inside the property and the apartment.
Guests are asked to:
•            switch off the lights, air conditioning and radiators in the bathrooms when not at home.
•            Do not waste water.
•            The use of the infrared sauna is permitted only to those guests who will sign the exoneration of responsibility.
•            Guests have to collect their waste separately by using the containers provided, and leaving their garbage after 8 pm where indicated during the check-in.
•            No smoking. In case of need, the private terrace can be used.
•            It is not allowed to take out of the house towels and/or supplied bathrobes, in particular to use them on the deck chairs at the balcony.
•            It is not allowed to stand in the courtyard area or chat sitting on its steps.
•            It is not allowed to go naked back into the central path and into the common area of the Villa.
•            It is possible to park one car and a scooter; bicycles in the rack.
Good neighbourly relations
Any noisy activities are not allowed, like, for example, listening to the music or watching television at high volume, partying and squalling inside the apartment, on the paved path, in the garden, on the terrace, in the hall and at the entrance door (or in its vicinity), and on the driveway.
In particular, it has to be respected the silence during the afternoon rest as well as the night.
Citrus grove
Guests can walk only through the central path, the one that brings to the panoramic terrace, where staying is permitted. Walking, standing or sit in other areas of the citrus it is not allowed. If those rules wouldn’t respected, the access to the citrus and panoramic area will be forbidden for the remainder of the stay, with no claim of compensation by the guest.
