Downstairs, the home features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, American fridge/freezer and gas hob. Since this is the family’s second home, it is provided with items not usually found in the kitchen of a typical rented property. Also on the ground floor, is a large dining room with mahogany table to sit 10/12 people, looking onto beautiful unspoilt countryside, followed by sitting room with open fire and TV/DVD. The property can sleep up to 12 people.
With stained glass double French doors, the sitting room opens onto the most beautiful room in the house with large stone wall, exposed beam ceilings and high quality leather furniture, a truly wonderful place to sit with your feet up at the end of the evening.
Also downstairs includes utility room with washing machine and separate WC.
Upstairs contains 5 large bedrooms, all en-suite, with walk in wardrobes, 6ft beds, curtains with swags and tails, bed linen included with the house cleaned and all bed linen and towels changed once per week The fifth bedroom which is the largest can sleep four with large en-suite containing bath and shower.
Outside includes patio area with garden furniture and well enclosed with the security of children in mind.
