The area is known for its fishing amenities, cycling routes, equestrian centres and its Three Championship Golf Courses which undeniably boast some of the best golfing facilities in the world. ( 5 min away). Carrauntoohil is the Highest Mountain in Ireland at 1039m, 10km from Fossa Lodge.
Fossa Lodge is privately owned and has been built to the highest of specifications. It has been architecturally designed with large landscaped gardens and offers magnificent views of the lakes and mountains from the front. The property is approached through two stone pillars and a long gravelled driveway A large decking and patio area offers the perfect retreat to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of your surroundings.
The inside of the property has a superior finish throughout with the highest quality of fixtures and fittings. The entrance porch has a marbled tiled floor. The dining room has double glass doors leading out onto the patio area. The lounge has a log effect modern electric fire, leather upholstery and oak wooden flooring and a 42" plasma TV with DVD player and SKY Digital HD. The large sitting room has a limestome fireplace housing a log effect modern electric fire. Children's Playroom with 42" T.V. DVD Playstation 2 Games Books & Toys.
