The house has spectacular views of Dingle Harbour, the living room is on the first floor and includes a private balcony overlooking the harbour, looking to the east there are views of Mount Brandon and the Dingle Marina to the west. The kitchen/dining areas are on the ground floor and also have views of the sea, there is a patio area and private garden.
Located approx 200 metres from the marina and five minutes walk to the town centre. The house sleeps 8 people and consists of two double rooms and two twin-bedded rooms and three bathrooms. Rates from €700 in the low season - €1000 weekly during the high season. Three-day rentals are available during the offseason. Its the perfect location to explore the Wild Atlantic
The Dingle Peninsula in Kerry is one of the most westerly peninsula's in Europe and one of Ireland's top 10 tourist destinations. Spectacular scenery, where the mountains meet the coastline around the Inch and Slea Head Drive. From the Connor Pass you can experience breath taking views of the Tralee and Dingle estuaries. From the marina there are boat trips to the Blasket Islands and the Skellig.
The area dates back over 6,000 years that is evident in the many archaeological sites which include Beehive huts and Gallarus oratory. See the exotic creatures of the deep at the Dingle Ocean World Aquarium and a trip to see Fungi is a must.
Dingle is one of the most westerly towns in Ireland and the main town in the Dingle Peninsula. Its popularity as a tourist destination grew following the making of the film "Ryans Daughter" in the early seventies. The most recent was the shooting of scenes in the recent Star Wars film on the Sceilig Islands. Fungi, the dolphin is its most famous resident. Dingle has a beautiful marina, excellent restaurants craft shops and art galleries. Visitors are promised a very enjoyable holiday.

Cancellation Charges
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply: 28 to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of rental charge. 14 to 8 days prior to arrival - 50%; of the rental charge. 7 days or less to arrival - 100%; of the rental charge.
Arrival/Departure Time
The house will only be available from approximately 4 pm on the Saturday of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
Accommodation Capacity
For insurance and fire safety reasons, the total number of clients staying in the house must not exceed 8 persons as agreed at the time of booking. Failure to do so may invalidate your booking.
Keys
Only 1 set of keys will be issued on arrival. The key must always be returned to the housekeeper on departure. A charge of €100 per key will apply for any lost keys.
Lost Property
No responsibility will be taken for articles lost on, or stolen from the property.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Termination of Booking
Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking for any reason, and at any stage of such booking, and to terminate the rental for any breach of the above detailed Terms & Conditions.
