The villa includes a well-trained staff 6 days a week, to arrange and take care of all your needs like cooking, laundry and cleaning, all included in the rental price. On the 2,000 m2 plot of land, around the villa, there is also a guest house. You can stay total with 12 persons; 8 persons in the villa and 4 in the guest house. The villa has 4 bedrooms each whit double four-poster bed with a mosquito net, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room with patio doors opening out onto the terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning for a comfortable temperature at night. You don’t even have to bring your own towels and bedclothes.Each bedroom has a safety-deposit box where you can safely store your money and valuables. The prices are in Euros and these are the total rental prices for the villa and the guest house, so it’s is not the price per person. You can rent the villa and the guest house for a longer period of time; the price will be adjusted accordingly. LAST MINUTE offer: 30% discount off the rentalprice.(minimum stay 7 nights, or in consultation) This offer only applies if the accommodation concerned has not been rented out yet one month prior to commencement of any particular period. Last-minute conditions: 30% discount on the rental fee applies for to maximum one week, you rent more than consecutive week, the following rates applies, 1e week 30% off, 2e week 20% off, 3e week 10% off, from the 4e week you pay the normal rate. Last minute bookings must be paid immediately and in full. Minimum rental period: 5 nights high season, 3 nights low season, 7 nights last-minute, or in consultation. check out 11:00 hours / check in 15:00 hours You also have to pay a security bond of € 150. Prices are valid until 31-12-2016 and including: gas and water electricity personnel (cooking and cleaning ) security help desk local taxes sales tax ( government tax ) use of bedclothes, towels and swimming towels use of electrical appliances free wireless internet, normally you need to buy a voucher. welcome meal and some drinks (minimum stay 5 nights) free cold drinking water. use of lockers Gas, water and electricity are included in the rental prices; normally this will amount to between 10-15 Euros per day, depending on the occupation of the villa and the guest house. This price will rise substantially if the air conditioning is left on unnecessarily. We therefore advise you not to turn on the air conditioning until about thirty minutes before going to bed. We reserve every right to deduct the costs of extreme electricity consumption from the security bond. Reservations and payment Fill in the application form If you wish to make a reservation, we will send you a confirmation as soon as possible.Payment : 50% of the rental price has to be paid whitin 5 days, only then will the reservation be definite. The remaining 50% plus the security bond has to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival at the villa. For bookings made more than 1 year in advance of arrival at the villa. Payment: 25% of the rental price must be paid within 5 days of booking:only then will the reservation be definite; subsequently ,25% of the rental price must be paid 8 months before arrival at the villa. And the remaining 50% plus the security bond , has to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival at the villa .Naturally, you will recieve a proof of payment afther every payment made. The deposit is non-refundable so you need to take care of cancellation insurance yourself. The security bond will be refunded 14 days after leaving the villa and the guest house. The villa and the guest house will be inspected by the personnel upon arrival and upon departure. Costs for any damages or missing objects will be deducted from the security bond.
