The stone house Rosella is a perfect choice if you are searching for relaxing type of beach holidays in Dubrovnik. The house contains 2 large air conditioned apartments. An each apartment has the size of 120 square meters with the large terraces / balconies. Both flats can accommodate up to 12 persons. Large air conditioned 3 bedroom apartment no 1 can comfortably accommodate up to 7 persons. It contains 3 spacious bedrooms. The sleeping arrangement in the bedrooms of apartment no 1 ( bedroom 1 - double bedroom, bedroom 2 - 2 single or twin beds, bedroom 3 - 2 single or twin beds). Please note that these bedrooms with the single beds can be arranged, upon the request, as double bedrooms in the case there are more couples. The apartment is being fully equipped with all the conveniences such are air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi, fully equipped large kitchen, spacious living room area, etc. This apartment contains the balcony which offers nice views.
The apartment no 2 can accommodate up to 5-6 persons max and it consists of 2 large bedrooms + there is an extra comfortable sofa for 2 persons in the living room. This comfortable air condtioned apartments ( its size is 120 square meters) can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. The air conditioned apartment no 2 contains 2 comfortable bedrooms ( bedroom 1- contains 2 single or twin beds, bedroom 2- contains 2 single or twin beds) + there is a large sofa bed in the living room area for 2 persons. Please note that these single beds can be arranged as double one in the case you want it. The apartment contains large kitchen with the dining area, spacious living room, satellite flat screen TV, free WiFi,etc. This apartment features spacious stone terrace which offers nice views of a beautiful garden in front of the house.
Both apartments have an access to large stone terrace ( this is the second large terrace) with the barbecue area in front of the house. This stone house features 2 large stone terraces + one balcony with nice views.
Please note that the prices are expressed for renting 2 apartments for 12 persons. Also, there is possiblity to rent only 1 large flat for up to 7 persons if you do not wish to rent both apartments.
