There are approximately 70 steps to the villa from the main promenade, but after the climb, you will be rewarded with a beautiful view of the sea and the Milna town center from the covered terrace with table and chairs.

The house comprises of a kitchen / dining / sitting room area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and is divided to ground and higher ground floor, separated by 7 steps. The sitting room area, one twin bedroom (with beds size 90 x 190 cm each), and one bathroom with a shower (the shower size 120 x 90 cm) are located on the ground floor. One double bedroom (bed size 160 x 200 cm), one twin bedroom (beds size 90 x 200 cm each), and a bathroom with a tub / shower (the tub size approx. 80 x 80 cm) are located on the higher ground floor.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, since the sofa in the sitting room is a sofa bed type, size 140 x 190 cm. Furthermore, the house is partially air conditioned. It has been equipped with 2 air conditioning units, located in the sitting room area and in the double bedroom. In addition, the double bedroom has an exit to a terrace.
Minimum stay: 7 nights in July and August.
Short stays (min. stay 3 nights) possible: on request.
