Quiet, peaceful, tranquil - Listen to the birds, geckos and the ocean waves. Perfect location to unwind in the Spa/Plunge pool after a hard day diving, snorkeling, fishing, or exploring the rest of the island
The living room, and huge covered deck overlook the reef and turquoise water, one lot off the ocean's edge. This large 600 square foot walk-out apartment, with 10' ceilings, is fully furnished with all the items you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bedroom with queen size bed, full size kitchen with all utensils for cooking, comfortable Living room with DirecTV, DVD player with multiple movies to chose from. On the outside deck, a hammock, deck chairs and table to relax with your favorite beverage and watch the ocean.
Included in the rental price are: A Local Cell phone for use as you explore the island, USB modem for Internet access (Wifi available if required), Satellite DirecTV, Personal Safe, DVD player with several movies. Security guard and family live on the property, motion lights, with private driveway parking. The Spa/Plunge pool is shared with the owner.
Solar Power and backup batteries guarantee no power outages.
Nice breezes year around so A/C is generally not needed. Electric is included in one and two week rental rates, but A/C is an additional fee of $10 a day if used. Monthly rates do not include electric. The apartment has its own meter.
Highly recommend renting a 4 wheel drive vehicle for transportation as you will be exploring the eastern areas of the island that are not as developed, along dirt/gravel roadways.
We have a lot of fun on the East End of Roatan - a much different experience than the West end. Come and live in the community, get to know the people who live on Roatan and keep coming back like the renters before you!
