Entry is into the airy split level, open plan sitting / dining room, with the well equipped kitchen off to one side. A small, built in breakfast table and chairs is housed next to the kitchen and, in front of French windows leading out to the pool terrace, is a large family dining table. The spacious sitting room is down two steps from the dining area and is furnished with comfortable sofas, TV and bookshelves and, again, French windows leading out to the gardens and pool terrace. A door from the dining area leads to a small hallway from which there is a double bedroom with a sea facing patio and shower/wc.
Stairs from this hallway lead up to the first floor where there is a further double bedroom and one twin-bedded room. Both bedrooms have French windows leading to sea-facing balconies and share a family bathroom complete with both shower and bathtub.
EXTERIOR
Villa Katerina is completely private and stands in its own extensive grounds with large terraces from which to take advantage of the fabulous views over the sea. The large pool terrace is surrounded by mature fruit trees and flowers with, to one side, the BBQ and outdoor kitchen, complete with outdoor dining table. A dirt road of approximately 400m leads to the villa from the main, asphalt, Raches road.
