The sitting room has a natural stone wall with fireplace, with large French windows and doors to either side from which to enjoy stunning views to the pool, town and sea beyond. It has a tiled floor and traditional high wooden ceiling. The well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is off to the side of the main room and has its own door to the terrace. The large dining table and chairs sit just in front of the kitchen, with a further dining table placed through the French doors on the veranda above the swimming pool. Elia Villa is built on three levels, with the sitting room in the middle. A half flight of stairs from the entrance door leads down to a bedroom with two single beds and a sea facing terrace and has a w/c shower room next door. Another half flight of stairs upwards from the sitting room leads to another two bedrooms. The master bedroom to the front of the house has a double bed and spacious wooden terrace and the second bedroom on this level has two single beds and faces a small rear terrace. In between the bedrooms is a fitted w/c with full bath. The fourth bedroom has a separate entrance and is situated to the side and below the main house. This studio is equipped with a double bed and has an en-suite w/c shower room and offers an added degree of privacy.
EXTERIOR
Villa Elia nestles amongst olive trees and is completely hidden from the road. The extent of the grounds means that it is also totally separated from Elia Cottage which is further up in the olive grove. The private swimming pool has some of the best of Skopelos town and harbour.
SURROUNDINGS
The Villa is only 2 km from the town and 3 km from some of the islands best beaches. The convenience of Skopelos town, with its full array of restaurants, shops and cafes make it perfect for those not wanting to spend much time in the car. With town just 15 minutes by foot and Stafilos beache only 30-45 minutes away, this centrally located villa is a great choice for those who enjoy nature at its best.
SUITABILITY
The flexibility and size of Villa Elia make it perfect for any large gathering. The ability to book the Villa and Cottage together makes it a great choice for very large parties and family reunions but, when booked separately, privacy is not an issue for either of the properties.
