The main living area is a spacious room with a dining area and fully equipped kitchen and has two sets of French doors leading out to the terrace and private swimming pool with stunning views of the harbour and town and a further outdoor dining table. The rest of the sitting room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a large screen, satellite television (English channels limited) including CD/DVD player. The three bedrooms, painted in skopelitian colours, have traditional iron beds, spacious wardrobes and en-suite w/c shower rooms. Each bedroom has its own French door leading out to the pool terrace, taking advantage of the lovely views to the pool and garden. All three bedrooms in the main house have double beds. The largest of the three bedrooms has a slightly larger w/c shower room and includes the washing machine. Just across from the main house is a separate annex which serves as a fourth bedroom, with a traditional wooden ceiling and a spacious en-suite w/c shower room. This room has one double bed and one single bed and is perfect for a baby sitter, teenagers or even as the master suite, ensuring quiet and privacy.
EXTERIOR
The refurbishment of Villa Eleonas has been kept as close as possible to the old traditional style of Skopelos, with the main house and surrounding walls built with local stone and the bright green shutters being the colours of ancient Greece. All of the rooms in the main house face out and have access to the swimming pool and its surrounding terraces. The terrace is equipped with a large outdoor dining table and umbrella overlooking the pool which is surrounded by fruit and olive trees and has four sun beds to relax and soak up sunshine. The annex is situated just further back from the main villa and enjoys plenty of privacy. The large roof terrace enjoys uninterrupted views of the sea and the town of Skopelos. SURROUNDINGS Villa Eleonas is hidden in an olive grove, 300metres from the seafront road which skirts the harbour from where one can easily walk to the numerous nearby restaurants.
