The villas are alike, with Villa Mare being slightly larger thanks to the additional bedroom on the main floor. Both are elegantly finished in dry stone work and stuccoe, with wooden window frames and doors plus traditional ceramic roofing.
As you enter into these divine two storey villas, you are greeted by a vast open plan living space which includes a large bright kitchen, spacious dining area and expansive living room. The kitchen is set on beautiful Spanish ceramic tiles and is fully equipped with all the modern amenities you could desire (stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher). Unlike the majority of accommodation in Skiathos, there is also a certified drinkable tap water in the kitchen. There is also central heating and air conditioning in every room.
Villa Mare sleeps up to 8 people and consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 family bathroom plus a further W.C. The villa is extremely spacious at 157 m2.
Villa Lago sleeps up to 6 people and consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 family bathroom plus a further W.C. This villa is slightly smaller than Villa Mare at 130 m2.
The double bedrooms feature king size beds with cocomat mattresses. They can also be arranged as twin bedrooms if required.
Both villas are ideal for large reunions and family holidays as well as couples looking for the ideal get-away, offering privacy and complete luxury during your stay.
Carefully designed in a traditional modern style, all the rooms lead out to terraces or the garden, with views over the private infinity pools and connecting jacuzzi. Each villa also has a fully equipped BBQ, outdoor dining area and plenty of soft sunbeds to relax on. Both houses benefit from a cooling breeze and natural shade throughout the day.
