The villa is located in a gated community of villas, all of high standard, and offers a very peaceful haven on the most wanted peninsular of the island.
On entrance level there is a living room full of light, with windows on 3 sides. There is an open plan kitchen, fully equipped, and with a washing machine.
There is a wide balcony in the front with lovely sea views, and on the side is a barbecue area / breakfast terrace, lovely sheltered and with good views.
Down the stairs are the 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. All the bedrooms open up to the balcony and have air-conditioning.
The villa was renovated in Spring 2013 and is clean and fresh and user friendly and safe. With the many windows it easy to ventilate and the summer sea breeeze is a true treat.
