Villa La Looy has a perfect location. On a quiet part of the peninsula, Villa 1 offers a stunning panoramic view over the sea to Skiathos Town, the islands of Tsougria and Arkos.
The villa is playfully built up around a swimming pool with wonderfully structured terraces and top quality views. The living room is the heart of the building. In the right wing are located the kitchen with dining area and fire place, that are decorated in a beautiful mixture of timeless island elegance and a touch of European modernism. One level below, the master bedroom and bathroom are located, very nice and very private. In the left wing 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a second kitchen provide a semi-independent unit. All the rooms are air conditioned.
The villa has the atmosphere of a classical Greek island villa but remains light and surprising. There are terrace areas around the villa where shade and privacy can be found. The villa has a private parking area. A private road leads down to a small beach that is only used by the few villa owners that have properties bordering with it.
A boat can be moored in the bay.
