This villa is Situated in a beautiful location just outside the Pelion coastal resort of Milina, in a lovely area known as Agios Andreas, you will find the lovely "St.Andrews Villas". Right next to the picturesque bay are the 7 remote villas, prodiving you with the perfect choice for your accommodation for your holidays and vacations in Pelion. The villas are situated amongst a green olive grove and are next to the sea. They are situated in two rows of three and four, and offer wonderful views overlooking the blue waters of the sea and the nearby islet of Alatas. The surroundings of the villas are very beautiful and there is a small pebble beach just 20 meters away. The main centre of Milina is 3.9km away and here you can find a great selection of tavernas where you can enjoy a tasty home cooked meal. There are also a number of cafe bars along the coast where you can enjoy a refreshing drink or coffee. For those of our guests who are travelling by car, there are private parking spaces included with each villa. There is a small port inside the beautiful bay right next to the villas and this is ideal for those who wish to use a boat.
All of the villas that we offer are beautifully decorated and furnished to a high quality. They are all very spacious and comfortable. Each of the villas has air condition, tv, fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace. They all have nice verandas providing you with some beautiful views overlooking the sea and the Alatas islet. Each of the villas can comfortably accommodate between 2 to 6 persons, making them ideal for those who may be travelling in small groups or with family. Four of the villas ( labled as Type D villas ) have 2 bedrooms each. One bedroom has a double bed while the other room has two single beds.
The other three villas ( Type B ) have one bedroom with a king size bed in two of them and a double bed in the other. They also have 2 sofabeds in the living rooms. The 4 larger Type D villas also have a living room area that also has an additional 2 sofabeds, meaning that the Type D villas can accommodate upto 6 persons. The sizes of these villas range from 54 sq.meters to 66 sq.meters. The smaller Type B villas accommodate upto 4 persons and the size of these ranges from 38 sq.meters to 56 sq.meters. All of the villas are all nicely furnished and decorated creating a very comfortable and relaxing setting.
