We LOVED the condo and Mike and Georgia were the best! the location was excellent, the condo was perfect (very clean, nicely decorated). Everything that you needed was provided. We took the chairs and umbrella to the beach every day. The beach is perfect and such a short walk to get there. Enjoyed the pool, nice guests and locals to visit with and 2 blocks away were 2 great restaurants/bars with nightly entertainment that you could walk to. We didn't need to leave to go anywhere else. We saw 3 dolphins on the beach and watched Ospreys feeding in the bay. What a relaxing time!

Wonderful!
I thought this condo seemed too good to be true, but it exceeded my expectations! My husband and I enjoyed every minute of the #11 condo. The condo had ALL the amenities you would need and more! From kitchen utensils to beach chairs and everything in between. It was beautifully updated (pictures don't do it justice), very clean, and conveniently located with a short walk to the beach! Mike and Georgia were very easy to work with and make you feel right at home. We were very impressed and can't say enough great things about our experience! Don't look any further for a condo to rent, this is the perfect one! We highly recommend renting from Mike and Georgia and can't wait to come back!

AMAZING!!!!!
One of our best vacations ever. The condo was great, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We had everything you could possibly want or need for a great stay. Very relaxing and the best place ever foe a quiet couples stay. Georgia & Mike were so helpful and were great to work with. We have truly found our little Heaven on Earth and can't wait to go back. It was very hard to leave Paradise !!!!! Thank you for making our stay perfect. Anne & Kevin

Newly renovated (2014), non-smoking, fully furnished one bedroom condos are located in quiet Sunset Beach, on the Intercoastal, across a residential street from the beach. These brightly decorated units have a private/direct beach access, and offer all the comforts of home. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, romantic walks on the beach, in a relaxed tropical atmosphere.
This is a great place to relax and get away from it all, while still being very close to restaurants and nightlife activities.
