the fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric stove and all necessary utensils for cooking .
a small lavatory.
From the living room you step onto the covered terrace. Furnished with table and outdoor chairs and equipped with sun blinds it is a cool shady place to spend the hot hours of the day, enjoying the private garden and the fantastic sea view.
The upper floor provides:
the main bathroom with shower and Wc
