It is 500 meters distant from the eastern coast of Vassilikos village the most beautiful area on the sland of Zakynthos, 1200 meters from the beach of Gerakas (within the National Marine Park) reknown for the reproduction of the sea turtles Caretta-Caretta.
Two buildings, made of stone from the mountains of Zakynthos, comprise four two-storey maisonettes, with a beautiful view of the sea and farmland from their large verandas for pleasure and relaxation. They can accomodate 2 to 5 persons.
The maisonettes are built in traditional architectural design and have been furnished with respect to local custom. They have a sitting room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons, dining table for four, fully equipped spacous kitchen, bathroom with bath tub. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom, which has a double iron-cast bed, sofa bed for one person and private bathroom with bathtub. There is an independent shaded veranda with a lovely view.
