Marguerita House is situated amongst the olive groves in the beautiful hamlet of Dendiatika, just a 15 minute walk from Loggos. It also has a good-sized walled garden, which makes this property perfect for those looking for both privacy and peace and quiet.
The villa is only a short walk down the donkey steps to Loggos, with all its amenities, and the beaches. In the other direction, it is also within easy walking distance of Glyfada beach. If you do walk down to Loggos, you can avoid carrying all your shopping back up the steps by asking the supermarkets to deliver for you, which they are happy to do. The walk back up the donkey steps can be quite taxing in the heat, so some guests will prefer to hire a car at this property.
The cottage part of the property has a large shaded patio which is ideal for alfresco dining. There is also a barbecue outside. You enter the cottage by the kitchen diner; off this room is the shower room and also steps leading down to a twin bedroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a balcony with distant sea views. The studio has a good-sized open plan living/dining room and kitchen with a shower room at the back and the double bedroom at the front overlooking the pool.
Marguerita House is perfect for parties of up to six people. It is also very suitable for two couples wanting separate accommodation and facilities. However, the studio can only be booked with the cottage, not on its own.
