The location makes it very convenient for Marmari and nearby Levrechio beach with its own taverna, and is only a 10-minute walk into Loggos.
There is a private drive, though it’s not essential to have a car, given Amphritite’s proximity to the local amenities. However, a torch is recommended when returning on foot in the dark.
On the lower terrace is a good sized swimming pool with a parasol and plenty of loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. Overlooking it is the top terrace, with comfortable grey wicker furniture, a stone barbecue and a table with chairs for al fresco eating.
The villa is spacious and airy with stylish modern furnishings, including nice extras, such as a radio/CD player, pool towels and a hairdryer. The open plan living room has two large sofas, a convenient breakfast bar and well equipped modern kitchen in a stylish grey/oatmeal colour scheme. Patio doors open from the living room and kitchen areas out onto the terraces with sea views through the olive trees.
There is a double bedroom off the kitchen with its own French windows onto the top terrace. The bed cover and wardrobe are co-ordinated in yellows and greys, giving the room a cosy feel. Shower and toilet facilities are not ensuite but beside the kitchen.
Upstairs is a twin bedroom which has superb views from the balcony through the olive groves towards the sea. It is a well designed room with ample wardrobe and cupboard space set to one side next to the bathroom. Stylishly tiled, the bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, and plenty of cupboard and shelves for storage of toiletries. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
