The villa is built in such a way to offer from any angle an amazing sea view. The villa is 145 squared meters and is built on 2 levels. On the lower floor large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom + shower. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both floors offer large terraces with wooden pergola equipped with luxurious modern furniture
Fully equipped kitchen with: fitted hob and oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker Nespresso, dishwasher and modern dinnerware. Light and spacious living room with beautiful fireplace, air condition, 40' smart TV, wireless internet and a dining room for 8 people.
The villa is cleaned every second day and linen and towels are changed 2 times a week.
