The villa is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating, as well as an open fire in the lounge area. All doors and windows have sliding mosquito screens. The villa also has gated parking at the rear.
Accessibility
The villa has been built on 1 level, including patio and terrace.
Outside
The villa has an 11m x 5m infinity pool, all one depth of 1.5m, including a Hydro Massage Jet. Terraces are enclosed with natural stone walls and railings. As well as the arched covered patio, there are parasols for shade. Also provided is a BBQ, 6 sun loungers, dining table and 6 chairs, four piece patio furniture, outside pool shower and rotary washing line. Access to the guest toilet from the pool area.
Coast/Beach
Vasiliki beach, famous for wind surfing, Poros bay, and Amousa bay, all only 10-15 mins drive away. The stunning beach of Porto Katsiki, 45-50 mins drive, but well worth the trip. The long sandy beach of Kathisma about 40mins drive.

In the local village there are 2 excellent tavernas and a coffee shop/bar located in the square.
Sivota bay about 10-15mins drive away is highly recommended, very pretty and some fabulous tavernas, our favourite is 'Old Store'.
Nidri and Vasiliki, both about 15mins drive away have numerous restaurants and tavernas/bars. We now have internet access at the Villa via a dongle, top up cards will be available for you to purchase.
If you are interested in sailing during your holiday, we can recommend Island-Sailing.com They offer skippered charter, or bareboat, flotilla sailing, and sailing courses.
Weekly yacht charters are available throughout the Summer season, and will consider short sailing breaks for around 3 days. You will have the choice to sleep onboard, or return to the villa each evening.
