The whole complex consists of 10 air-conditioning rooms and a beautiful garden surrounding the whole building. There is a free parking to or close to Elena’s Garden area.
It is a two bedroom room and the separate kitchen and the bathroom.
Wi-Fi is free in the entire property.
Also in the garden, if somebody wants to have great time down to the grass, he can use this area in order to have a free barbecue. Also there is a hammock for them who want to relax.
We started to do the refurbishment by the spring of 2012. Now, more than 50% of the whole complex is recently refurbished.
Every single room has a kitchenette, a fridge, cooking materials, coffee-tea maker, private bathroom and balcony.
The apartment is different from the single rooms because it is for four guests not for two. The apartment has two bedrooms (one of the bedrooms has one double bed and the other two singles beds)
The complex is located among trees and nature, but only 80 meters away from the sea and gives you the sense of “the holidays” they need to feel.
