The villa is located in the village of Ksirokampi, 4 klm from the sea and the central road, where you can find supermarkets, bar-restaurants , shops etc.
The villa has been recently beautifully redecorated internally in all its rooms and in the terrace -solarium with a fantastic gazebo-lounge area. Moreover it is fully equipped and furnished with all accessories .
In the living room there is a satellite TV with Italian and other TV channels and DVD player.
We provide to all our guests a USB key with unlimited internet access, which you can use in your own laptop (with limit of 4GB)
The kitchen is furnished with a big refrigerator, cooking top, oven, microwave, toaster, electric juicer, electric blender, barbecue grill kit, complete pots and pans for cooking.
There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a big double bed, with its own TV and its own bathroom, the second one, with two single beds used as one king size bed when together and the third bedroom with a sofa which becomes a very comfortable double bed.
In each of them there are sets of sheets and towels for several changes.There are airconditions in all bedrooms.
In the central bathroom there is a washing machine as well as a hairdryer.
Externally the villa is surrounded by a garden of about 1000 meter square. In the garden there is an above ground big swimming pool. The are also many olive trees and a big lawn with table and chairs where you can also have lunch or dinner and enjoy the breathtaking sea view.
There are many fruit trees such as cherries, banana, pomegranate, tangerine as well as some beautiful roses, flowers, trees and palms. Highlight of the villa is the solarium on the roof of the house where you can tan , with sun beds, umbrellas and a very elegant lounge corner and enjoy the peaceful surrounding and the sea view that from there it is even more amazing.
It is very easy to go to the most beautiful and famous beaches of Crete [ Elafonissi, Falasarna, Balos etc] and that is because the villa is very near to the highway, without even passing from the very crowded village of Platanias or the city of Chania, avoiding the traffic jam.
For those who love walking or cycling (mountain bike), there are many trails in the surrounding areas of the villa that penetrate into the wonderful nature of the olive and passing through narrow paths of small typical Cretan villages.
