The villa is suitable for larger parties or several families if required. In full length in front of the villa is a veranda with pergola which gives a magnificent and breath taking view over the sea extending 40 miles to the island of Evia and the mainland. The ground floor of the main villa has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, a downstairs cloakroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi shower. Equipped with a high-fi system (with ipod function). Outside, there is a BBQ and pergola perfect for outside dining. Top floor has 2 large bedrooms with exposed beams (both with large balconies) and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom (Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower) with a very large veranda looking out at the beautiful Aegean Sea.
The seperate guesthouse is only 25m from the main villa and is in the same style. There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and three bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor.
