The newly built villa is surrounded by pine and olive trees, only a few minutes of drive away from the road which connects Skiathos to several southern beaches such as the beach of Achladies.
There are 2 floors in the villa. The 1st floor has 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom, walk in closet, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the top floor, there is a large living area, a dining area and an equipped kitchen. There is a large veranda on each floor of the villa offering wonderful views of the surrounding area. The magnificent garden has plenty of flowers.
