The house is in a land property of 4,2 acres together with Villa Eirini which is a detached house. Villa contains three bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with air-condition, Hi-Fi stereo,TFT 22' TV and DVD, Wi-Fi Internet connection, a closet and a library. All bedrooms with their individual bathrooms are located on different levels within the house and do not have view of each other. There are three bathrooms in total one at each bedroom. The first bathroom is equipped with hydro massage (e-box in the cabin), the second one is equipped with a bathtub and the third one is built-in the master bedroom and is equipped with a jacuzzi bathtub.In the same room you will find the laundry/dryer machine with the iron board and the steam iron. Living room consists of 2 sofas with a capacity of 3 persons each. There is also 1 lounge chair, auxiliary tables and a fire place. Kitchen with full utensils.
