There are no visible neighborhood houses around, the privacy is absolute and just 1 km from the village Gerani, 10 km (15 min by car) from Rethymno city, 55 km from the international aiport of Chania, 1,5 km from the new national road Chania -Heraklio. The nearby village has everything you may need, supermarkets, restaurants coffee shops. At just 2 km distance there's Gerani beach, where you can find a restaurant and beach facilities. The maximum capacity of Villa Serenity is up to 11 people. Villa Serenity can be rented as entire and the minimum stay is one week.There isavailable an extra studio with en suite bathroom and double bed , with extra price 40 euros/ night, if guests are between 11-13.
