It is built on a small seaside hill at 5.000 square metre in a deserted bay of South Crete. It combines the sand with rocks, at 2.5 km from the Lake of Preveli. It is an isolated place away from settlements, shops, traffic and ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation.
It surrounded by a garden of 800 meters and is configured in three levels. Also the property consists of a lot of palm trees, ornamentals, lawns, flowers, garden furniture gazebo and swimming pool up to 40 m. The property is 100 sqm raised from its garden. The ground floor offers plenty of light and wonderful views of the garden green sight. The blue of the Libyan Sea leaves everywhere the visitors impressed. Also, it is offered a large terrace with bamboo furniture and panoramic views of the vastness of the sea as well surrounding beaches with volcanic rocks.
