There are layered gardens with lawn, flowers, bushes and trees and, in the main yard, a 50 sq. m. swimming pool (including childrens pool), a barbecue and parking space.
Emilia Villa can accommodate up to 8 persons in 135 sq. m.
Marble stairs lead to a large veranda. On the ground floor theres a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a sunny double bedroom and a shower/WC with a washing machine. The spacious living area comes with a built-in stone fireplace, a huge L-shaped sofa, satellite TV and stereo system. A wooden staircase leads to the three double bedrooms the bathroom and the two verandas of the second floor. All bedrooms have air-condition (free of charge). The floors are tiled and the ceilings covered in wood.
The colours of the surrounding nature and all these beaches so close to the villas compose a ideal place for relaxing times!
