It is situated in the village of Plakias , a well known resort where all amenities can be found, on the south of Crete in Rethymno province , 32 km from the beautiful town of Rethymnon . The distance to the beach and all the amenities is only 100 m .
The villa is 150 sqm in size consisted of two levels and can accommodate up to 7 people. Entering the house on the ground floor there is a spacious living , dining room , with satellite TV, stereo Hi-Fi, air-condition, modern furniture and lights. Further on a bath/wc. Next to the living room is an open plan fully equipped kitchen. An internal staircase leads to the first level where are 3 bedrooms one with 2 single beds and 2 with a double bed each , all with a/c , sharing a spacious bath/wc.
The staircase ends to a messanine , open style bedroom with a single bed. Outside there is a private swimming pool, 30 sqm, equipped with sun beds, sunshades, garden shower.A car is not considered to be essential as the amenities of Plakias resort is in walking distance , unless you would like to explore the south part of Crete.
