It constitutes an ideal destination for friends, couples and families since the residence accommodates up to 7 individuals.
The villa has been built in 2013 and is located on a beautiful hillside only 650 meters from the sea, 500 meters from the traditional mountain village of Koutouloufari and just above the well-known tourist resort of Hersonissos.
VILLA CRETE has been built to the highest standards and there is nothing that you will miss from home.
Located on a hill, just 650 meters from the sandy beaches, it offers quietness, total privacy and a gorgeous sea view.
The accommodation consists of 2 floors. The ground floor contains an open plan well-equipped kitchen, living and dining area leading to a very comfortable shaded terrace, overlooking the beautiful pool and the garden with its many different flowers .
Entering the Villa you will find on your left hand side the lounging area and on your right hand side wooden steps leading you to the first floor.
The upper floor contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one balcony and one terrace. The master bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with a shower, a king size bed, a wardrobe and a makeup mirror. The bedroom next to it offers a wooden king size bed with deco curtains a wardrobe and an en suite terrace. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds, two wardrobes and a balcony. Opposite of it you will find a big bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The bathroom owns a washing machine.
All rooms are overlooking the sea. Next to the stairs on the ground floor you will see a wardrobe for your jackets and shoes, an office corner and next to that a WC.
A modern, functional and fully equipped kitchen is just opposite the living room.
The sun- flooded living room offers a fire place for romantic evenings, two cozy sofas, a modern flat TV and a DVD player. From there you have a view of the big terrace, the pool and the sunbathing area.
The terrace provides a comfortable lounge set which invites you to enjoy your holidays by leaning back and drinking a fresh pressed orange juice overlooking the sea.
In front of the terrace is a 40 square meters private pool with a depth of 1,50 meters and a children pool with Jacuzzi. The whole pool is equipped with mosaic and lights that can be switched on for a night bath. Next to the pool there is a huge area which invites you with its sunbeds and umbrellas to lounge while overlooking the sea.
The green garden offers you a shaded lawn where your children can play, as well as a BBQ and a small playground.
VILLA CRETE owns a smart house security system and all inside areas are equipped with individually controlled heating and cooling air condition.
