This new villa is in use from 2014.
The property covers approximately 1.000 m²; the living area is 130m² and is suitable for up to 7 people. From the sliding door, you enter the very spacious terrace (30 m²) and the outdoors swimming pool (8m x 5 m, and 1.5 m deep).
In the small backyard of the villa is a rock - stone garden, a barbecue and garden furniture.
Downstairs you have the modern living room with a comfortable chaise lounge (usable as bed with size of 220 cm x 90 cm) and an open and fully equipped kitchen. (With 4-ceramic cooker, oven, refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, water kettle, etc). The owners provide the famous Cretan olive oil to fix your nice meal.
Furthermore, there is a spacious bathroom downstairs with a shower, toilet and washing machine.
The main bedroom is downstairs with a leather designed king-size bed (170 cm x 220 cm) and a big closet.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where the other 2 bedrooms are. Both have leather designed king-size beds (170 cm x 220 cm), wardrobe and a skylight glass in the roof just above the bed. The second bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a toilet and bath tub. Both bedrooms have their own upper terrace (app 10 m² each). Relax and enjoy the view, the silence, and the nature with a glass of wine or homemade raki (offered by the owners) and watch the sunset over the Libyan sea, the Paximadi Island, the archeological site of Festos and the Psiloritis mountain.
Additional features:
The villa has 2 air conditioning, type inverter with ionized filter. For winter time the house can be heated based on a calorific fireplace connected to the radiators in all the rooms. Satellite TV (Astra) and Wi-Fi are available. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and all kitchen utensils are at your disposal. A hairdryer and scales you can find in the bathroom, as well as bathrobes and bath slippers. If you` d like to go to the beach you can use the beach umbrella and take our beach towels. Your rental car you can park just in front of the villa on the private property. The entrance to the private property is closed by an electronic door, to operate with remote control.
