Villa Sleeps7Bedrooms4Bathrooms2Minimum Stay2 nightsWe are a small family type business that operates the field of tourism with successfully since 2001, which has managed to create with good taste and personal effort, a special, warm and distinguished holiday spot where our visitors will feel so comfortable as if they have never left the warmth and accommodations of their household.
Is situated on a small elevation, on the edge of the village. It is a quiet place, in the trees and the flowers (1000 sqm) with absolute owner.
Villa Agapi is surrounded by age-old olive tree and the building is based on wood, roof-tiles and stone, combining traditional architecture with modern elements.
The pool is 44 m2, depth 1,45 cm, which is part of the child with depth 0,45 cm. The sundeck (offer from sunrise to sunset) is very big and comfortable chairs to be provided. A gazebo with seating next to the pool with breathtaking views from where you can admire the sunrise and unique views of the moon behind the mountains, the fresh Cretan sky.
There is also a small play area for children and there are three large verandas with
wonderful views over the village and out across the sea.
The Villa Agapi is spacious 130 sqm and is ideal up to 7 people.. The main entrance leads to the dining area and continues on to the open plan kitchen and living room, which is tastefully furnished and has an open fireplace, Sat/Tv (40' led),Dvd and stereo with Cd/cassette deck. Above the living room is a gallery style spare room, which can be reached by an open wooden staircase from the kitchen. In This room there are an office, library and one single bed. The kitchen has all the suitable house – hold appliances such as freezer, refrigerator, oven, cafe – machine and all the remaining equipment. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, another has also a double bed and the third smaller bedroom is ideal for children with either on single bed or with two small beds for babies, depending on client’s requirements.There is a bathroom with bathtub and a smaller one with shower and washing machine.
The village has Mini – Market, butcheries, green - grocers, bakeries, petrol – station, pharmacy, first – aid centre, bank, two tavernas and a lot of traditional cafe, while for an active day out with children there is the water park “ water City ” nearby.The country surgery of Episkopi village (400m) operates between 08.00-14.00, while Heraklion’s University Hospital, one of Greece's leading Academic hospitals, is only 25 km away.The philosophy and concern of its owners does not only include the delivery of reliable services but also the creation for each guest of his own private milieu in which he will relax and enjoy all that the Villa-Agapi offers within its aesthetic environment and incomparable beauty of the surrounding nature.
